Sue has been writer-in-residence at Challney High School for Girls in Luton, Townsend School in St Albans, George Street and Brockswood Primary Schools in Hemel, and Staincliffe School, Batley. She is about to begin a project at St. Albert the Great, Hemel Hempstead.

Sue at Lincoln Waterstone's meeting a Sueperfan

	TRACES was a runner-up in The People's Book Prize 2011 - 2012, making the top three in the public vote. Sue would like to thank everyone who voted for her favourite book.

Sue was at Rushden Community College on World Book Day 2013.

"The students were talking about you all day, they had a wonderful time and were still ‘buzzing’ all afternoon" - this was the feedback from staff involved.
