High-hopping Tog is green with three eyes, but he doesn’t think of himself as an alien because he lives on Hepo, the Rainbow Planet – until his mum lands a raindancing job on the Planet of the Zoots. Tog’s new world is grey and unwelcoming, and his only friend is a girl called Etha with indigo eyes and eight blue arms. It’s not easy to be different at school and it isn’t long before Tog understands why the man on the Big Vote posters points a finger up into space…
